Say what?! You have got to stop lying to yourself, Lindsay. I don’t know what you mean that “change is easy”. Change is HARD.
Or is it? Is it really hard or is it just hard because your making the change bigger than it actually is?
What if I told you, you could make a drastic change and be happy about it? It sounds like a trick, but it’s real.
What does it take? Baby steps! How?
Say you want to make a morning workout your routine, but your not a morning person. This was me and is me. Mornings are NOT my jam. My pillow is my friend and my comforter, my side kick 🙈😂. But for reals.
Start with just setting the alarm early and drinking some water. That’s not hard. So small. Each day, push it a little further. Get out of bed one morning and stretch. That’s not hard. What if the next morning you walked in place for 30 minutes. You could even still be in your pjs.
Need help pushing yourself to make this happen? I’m starting a challenge group in April for 10 individuals who are ready to put aside the excuses and make small changes DAILY. It’s a process, but you CAN do it.
